About the role

This remote field sales role focuses on driving territory performance within dermatology by building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and office staff. The specialist will deliver clinically relevant messaging, support patient access, and collaborate across internal teams to help advance brand execution and growth in the marketplace. The position also requires strong use of data and customer insights to identify opportunities, support product launches, and influence prescribing behavior through effective account planning and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to meet sales goals in dermatology
• Build relationships with dermatologists and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements
• Deliver compelling clinical messaging to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate reimbursement pathways to enhance patient access
• Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
• Support product launches and provide insights for brand strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with an associate's degree or 10+ years with a high school diploma)
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing
• Experience with aligned therapeutic healthcare provider roles
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Preferred: 3-5 years of specialty sales experience in dermatology or related fields

Pay

$108,600 – $250,700 annually
