About the role

Remote, US‑based Dermatology Health & Science Sales Specialist (VIT) supporting a pharmaceuticals & biotech leader. The field‑based role focuses on driving demand across a defined territory through strategic engagement with dermatology healthcare providers and office stakeholders, partnering with cross‑functional teams to advance access, strengthen customer relationships, and support launch and growth of specialty therapies in a complex reimbursement environment. The specialist uses data, insights, and digital engagement tools to prioritize accounts and improve commercial outcomes.

Pay

$108,600 – $250,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales goals
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office stakeholders through impactful engagements
• Deliver compelling clinical and product messaging to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to enhance patient access
• Leverage data and insights to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to address customer needs
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 8+ years of experience with an associate's degree or 10+ years of experience with a high school diploma
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing
• Experience in therapeutic‑specific healthcare provider roles is a plus
• Preferred 3‑5 years of specialty sales experience in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Strong understanding of complex disease states and specialty reimbursement
• Proven ability to engage key opinion leaders and high‑influence accounts
• Digital engagement skills, particularly with tools like Veeva Engage and Zoom
