About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Sales Specialist AA - Lansing, MI to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will focus on driving dermatology sales within a defined territory, building trusted relationships with healthcare providers, and supporting patient access through effective reimbursement navigation. The specialist will partner cross-functionally to execute account strategies, deliver clinical messaging, and contribute insights that inform launch execution and brand strategy. This is a field-based sales role that combines customer engagement, data-driven prioritization, and strong therapeutic knowledge to help grow performance in a specialized healthcare market.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Execute territory and account strategies to drive sales in dermatology
- Build relationships with dermatologists and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements
- Deliver compelling clinical messaging to influence prescribing behavior
- Navigate reimbursement pathways to improve patient access
- Leverage data to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
- Support product launches and provide insights for brand strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with an associate's degree or 10+ years with a high school diploma)
- Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing
- Experience with therapeutic-specific healthcare provider engagement
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Preferred: 3-5 years of specialty sales experience in dermatology or related fields

Pay
$108,600 – $250,700 annually
