Dermatology Health and Science Specialist (AD) - Salt Lake City, UT

For our client, we are seeking a Dermatology Health and Science Specialist (AD) - Salt Lake City, UT to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote field-based role will focus on driving specialty sales within dermatology and closely related disease areas. The specialist will partner with healthcare providers and office stakeholders to advance clinical education, improve patient access, and support territory growth across assigned accounts. Success in this position will require strong territory planning, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to use data and market insights to shape account strategy and brand execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,600 – $250,700 annually Responsibilities Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and meet sales goals Build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office stakeholders through impactful engagements Deliver compelling clinical and product messaging to influence prescribing behavior Navigate reimbursement pathways and patient support resources to improve access Leverage data and insights to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs Support product launches and provide insights to inform brand strategy Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with an associate's degree or 10+ years with a high school diploma) Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing Experience in specialty sales, particularly in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation, is preferred Strong understanding of complex disease states and specialty reimbursement Proven ability to engage key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Paid vacation, holiday, and personal days Paid caregiver/parental and medical leave Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
