Dermatologist - Sign on Bonus

About the role

Boston Medical Center South is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our growing outpatient Dermatology service. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence, health equity, and multidisciplinary care. The ideal candidate will provide a broad range of general dermatologic services and participate in the continued expansion of our Dermatology program.

Responsibilities

• Full-time outpatient Dermatology role
• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
• Opportunity to tailor the practice around areas of interest (medical, procedural, cosmetic, or complex medical dermatology)
• Work within a multidisciplinary network across the BMC Health System

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
• Strong communication skills and dedication to patient-centered care

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $331,495 – $544,566. The final base salary will be determined based on clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in this range and will be discussed during the interview process.
