Deputy Superintendent (PK-8)

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach school leaders to achieve academic and cultural goals
• Conduct walkthroughs and instructional reviews to provide targeted support
• Analyze student performance data to inform decision-making
• Collaborate on school improvement plans and leadership development
• Foster collaboration across teams to support schools effectively

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in educational leadership and raising student achievement
• Proven track record in coaching and developing school leaders
• Expertise in academic standards and instructional design
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, antiracism, and inclusivity
• Skilled in data analysis for driving school improvements
• Effective communicator and relationship-builder with diverse stakeholders

Pay

$185,000 – $200,000 annually
