Key Responsibilities
- Lead team of trainers including scheduling training blocks, tracking attendance, and hosting training office hours and additional support
- Develop training resources including videos, pamphlets, and other materials to assist learning
- Develop a detailed understanding of campaign tools in order to train others
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a field, organizing, or operations role on political campaigns
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in common productivity and data tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to take initiative
- Experience with relational organizing programs is preferred, but not required
