Deputy Special Projects Director for Training

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team of trainers including scheduling training blocks, tracking attendance, and hosting training office hours and additional support
  • Develop training resources including videos, pamphlets, and other materials to assist learning
  • Develop a detailed understanding of campaign tools in order to train others

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a field, organizing, or operations role on political campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in common productivity and data tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to take initiative
  • Experience with relational organizing programs is preferred, but not required
