Responsibilities
- Perform clerical, technical, and customer service functions to preserve and manage Duchesne County’s official land and legal records.
- Maintain the integrity of public records and ensure accurate access for citizens, businesses, title companies, surveyors, and government agencies.
- Work in accordance with Utah State law and County policies while using modern record management systems, imaging technology, and digital filing platforms.
- Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in all recording activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public, title companies, surveyors, attorneys, and government agencies.
- Preserve and safeguard county records in accordance with state laws and established procedures.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement within Recorder’s Office operations.
- Foster a positive and professional workplace environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
