About the Role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily program operations across multiple software development workstreams
- Develop and maintain program management plans and operational dashboards
- Coordinate program reviews, status meetings, and customer engagements
- Monitor program performance on cost, schedule, staffing, and deliverables
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of contract deliverables and reports
- Manage day-to-day contract operations and financials including invoicing and procurement
- Prepare monthly financial reports and operational summaries for leadership
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in program or business operations within government or defense programs
- Experience with software development and digital transformation programs
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at preparing executive-level documents
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Pay
$145,000 – $245,000 annually
