Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas
- Cook up coordination between Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads
- Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and blow whistles when necessary
- Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning
- Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines
- Support the creation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews
- Act as PM designee when required
- PMP certification (required)
- 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs
- Strong operational management and coordination experience
- Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows
- Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams
- Experience supporting intelligence analysis, technical intelligence, or multi-INT missions
- Prior experience supporting DIA, CCMDs, or IC agencies
