Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas
  • Cook up coordination between Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads
  • Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and blow whistles when necessary
  • Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning
  • Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines
  • Support the creation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews
  • Act as PM designee when required
  • Required Qualifications

    • PMP certification (required)
    • 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs
    • Strong operational management and coordination experience
    • Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows
    • Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams

    Preferred

    • Experience supporting intelligence analysis, technical intelligence, or multi-INT missions
    • Prior experience supporting DIA, CCMDs, or IC agencies
