Deputy Program Manager -FBI IMD

The Deputy Program Manager supports the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Information Management Division's (IMD) Enterprise Vetting Center (EVC) Vetting Branch 1 (VB1). This position is contingent upon successful contract award.

Location: Onsite at the Records Operation Center (ROC), 170 Marcel Drive, Winchester, VA 22602 or Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV 23606. Core work hours are 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, with flexible scheduling between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Active Top-Secret clearance with a Counterintelligence polygraph is required. Client: FBI IMD EVC Administrative & Analytical Support (AAS).

Responsibilities

• Provides research and threat analysis and production.
• Develops information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the requestor's information and technical support requirements.
• Presents briefings to personnel designated by EVC leadership under certain circumstances.
• Ensures operational coverage for all critical areas to meet requirements and priorities identified by EVC Leadership.
• Works collaboratively with the COR and other EVC analysts to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.

Requirements

• Active Top-Secret clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or three (3) or more years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
• Professional skills in program management and leadership.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and related services.
• Skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff of various backgrounds and personality types.
