DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can adapt headings to match content. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? It says e.g., meaning examples. We can use appropriate headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for About the role (WHO WE ARE and What You'll Do). Responsibilities (The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For). Requirements (Job Requirements and Qualifications). Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? Could combine. Skills maybe from requirements. Benefits: we have "Competitive compensation and access to select benefits based on eligibility." That's vague but mentions benefits. It says "Competitive compensation and access to select benefits based on eligibility." That's not specific benefits; but it's still some mention. However instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state "access to select benefits based on eligibility." That's a statement about benefits, albeit vague. Should we include Benefits? It says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "access to select benefits based on eligibility" is somewhat vague but not placeholder like "TBD". It's a statement that benefits exist. I'd include Benefits section with that sentence.
Pay: posting does not mention specific pay, only "Competitive compensation". That's vague but maybe considered placeholder? It says "Competitive compensation". That's not a specific number. The instruction says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive compensation". That is a statement about pay but not specific. Might be considered placeholder? It's not "commensurate with experience" but still vague. Safer to omit Pay section.
Schedule: posting mentions "Work schedules may vary based on program requirements...". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that content.
We also have WORK ENVIRONMENT and WORK CONDITIONS; could be part of Responsibilities or separate? Could treat as "Work Environment" and "Working Conditions". But headings limited to given list; we could incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe create a section "Work Environment" not in list but instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to map content to those headings.
Thus sections:
- About the role: combine WHO WE ARE and What You'll Do (maybe also The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For? Actually that's responsibilities). So About the role: WHO WE ARE + What You'll Do (overview). Could be two paragraphs.
- Responsibilities: The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For list (bullet points). Also maybe include some of the What You'll Do items? But we already used What You'll Do in About the role. Could split: About the role = WHO WE ARE; Responsibilities = What You'll Do + The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's think: The posting has sections: WHO WE ARE (company overview). What You'll Do (role description). The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For (detailed responsibilities). WORK ENVIRONMENT, WORK CONDITIONS, WHY JOIN US, Requirements.
We could map:
About the role: WHO WE ARE (company overview). Could also include brief role summary from What You'll Do? But we can keep What You'll Do as Responsibilities.
Responsibilities: What You'll Do (list of duties) plus The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For (more detailed). Might be redundant but okay.
Requirements: Job Requirements and Qualifications (Required and Preferred). Could split into Requirements and Qualifications but we can combine.
Skills: maybe extract skills from requirements (strong written, verbal, organizational, Government customer-interface skills). Could create Skills section.
Benefits: "Competitive compensation and access to select benefits based on eligibility."
Schedule: "Work schedules may vary based on program requirements, operational activities, meetings, and travel." plus maybe travel requirement.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can reorganize.
