Responsibilities
- Lead a team for the preparation, execution and management of the DTRA resource portfolio
- Provide oversight of a team supporting agency program and budget development, formulation, execution and manpower resource requirements
- Lead a team incorporating best practices into the management and controls structure of Financial Management for: Program and Budget Support, Financial Operations, Finance and Accounting, Cross-cutting Comptroller Support, Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) support, and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and Financial Systems Sustainment Support
Requirements
- Team Leadership in a Comptroller (Financial/Budget) environment
- Project Management experience including financial tracking, quality control of deliverables and project staffing experience
- Strong federal audit/internal controls experience
- Proficient in understanding Federal, DoD, FAR, and DFAR regulations, guidelines, standards, and concepts; or other relevant industry policies and best practices
- Strong communications skills
- At least 8 years of experience supporting large program/projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Program Management with cost, schedule and performance responsibilities
- Experience working in a program office for systems development and acquisition or similar organization
- CDFM/CGFM, FM or PMP preferred
- Bachelor’s in Business Management, Accounting or Finance preferred
