Deputy Program Manager
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to appropriate headings. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? Probably we should use those headings where applicable. The posting includes sections: Who We Are (maybe About the role?), What You'll Do (Responsibilities), The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For (maybe also Responsibilities), WORK ENVIRONMENT (maybe Work Environment?), WORK CONDITIONS (maybe Schedule?), WHY JOIN US (maybe Benefits?), Requirements (Requirements and Qualifications). We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Also we should not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include content from Who We Are, What You'll Do, Ideal Candidate responsibilities, Work Environment, Work Conditions, Why Join Us, Requirements (both required and preferred). Also note the contingency note about contract award; that's substantive? It says "Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and funding." That's important; we should keep it. Also "Any offer of employment will be contingent upon..." That's also substantive. Should we include? Probably yes.
We need to format using for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide which sections to include. Likely sections: About the role (maybe combine Who We Are and What You'll Do?), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (required and preferred), Benefits (Why Join Us maybe includes benefits), Work Environment, Work Conditions (maybe Schedule?). But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting does not mention Pay or Schedule explicitly (though work conditions mention travel and varying schedules). It does mention "Work schedules may vary based on program requirements..." That's schedule info, so we could include a Schedule section. However instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state work schedules may vary, so we can include Schedule. Benefits: "Competitive compensation and access to select benefits based on eligibility." That's benefits info, so we can include Benefits.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:
