Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for the UVDS program with the customer, senior management, and functional organizations.
- Assist in the development, refinement, and oversight of the Statement of Work (SOW) and UVDS program deliverables.
- Support creation and execution of the Program Integrated Management Plan, including key events, accomplishments, and performance criteria.
- Cook up with engineering, integration, and field support teams to track UVDS system deployment, sustainment, and performance.
- Aid in identifying, quantifying, and mitigating program risks related to system performance, cybersecurity, integration, and field operations.
- Support development of staffing profiles, resource plans, and budgets aligned to program execution and financial objectives.
- Participate in customer engagements, program management reviews (PMRs), and technical interchange meetings (TIMs).
- Interface with customer stakeholders on technical, operational, schedule, and cost matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Monitor program performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and technical baselines; support reporting to leadership and customer.
- Aid in managing subcontractors, vendors, and system integrators supporting UVDS components and services.
- Support oversight of system quality, configuration management, and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
- Track contract deliverables and ensure timely submission in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Support verification of Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) completion and timely invoicing.
- Facilitate coordination across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and field operations.
- Aid in procurement planning, make/buy decisions, and subcontract administration.
- Support program audits, readiness reviews, and corrective action planning.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements and handling of classified information related to UVDS operations.
- Work collaboratively across distributed and field teams to support mission success.
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- A four-year college degree in Engineering, Business Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in program/project management, systems integration, or technical leadership roles.
- Experience supporting DoD programs, ISR systems, surveillance technologies, or similar mission systems preferred.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and program financial management practices.
- PMP certification desired (or ability to obtain).
- Demonstrated experience supporting budgets, schedules, and resource planning in a government contracting environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Eloquent verbal and written communication skills, including experience briefing senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and action-oriented leadership style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and program management tools.
- Ability to travel (domestic and/or international) in support of UVDS deployments and customer engagements.
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
Pay
$106,000.00 - $130,000.00 + benefits.
The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
