About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within an Aerospace & Defense environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple programs
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecast and analyze variances
- Establish program metrics and use data-driven analysis to improve performance
- Build and manage high-performing leadership teams; maintain succession plans
- Identify and assess market trends and customer needs to find new opportunities
- Develop and manage relationships with partners and clients to expand revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; master’s degree preferred along with PE, PgMP, or PMP
- 15+ years of proven experience in operations management, program leadership, and strategic planning
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience hiring, coaching, and mentoring program and project managers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
Pay
$170,000 – $230,000 annually
