About the role

EIA Coordinator & Functional Area Expert (FAE) for Chemical Fertilizers, Synthetic Organic Chemicals, Industrial estates/Park/areas, Building & Construction Projects & Townships & Area Development, 8(a) & 8(b).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EIA projects across assigned sectors
• Prepare, review, and submit EIA/EMP reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Present Environmental Clearance (EC) proposals before authorities (MoEF&CC / SEIAA / SEAC)
• Compile and integrate FAE reports as per EIA Notification requirements
• Ensure compliance with NABET, MoEF&CC, and other statutory regulations
• Conduct environmental and social assessments and provide technical inputs for reports
• Cook up and coordinate with clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide technical guidance in environmental planning, monitoring, and evaluation
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all project outputs

Requirements

• Graduate in a technical discipline with a postgraduate degree in Environmental Science / Social Sciences / Geography / Economics / Management or related field
• 10–12 years of experience, including minimum 7 years in EIA

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparation and submission of NABET applications, including development and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of EIA processes and environmental regulations
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Effective stakeholder and team management
