About The Job

The Deputy IT Director of Infrastructure oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of an organization’s core technology systems, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centers. They support the IT Director in setting strategic direction, ensuring system reliability and security, managing budgets and vendors, and leading technical teams to deliver scalable and resilient infrastructure services. This position will require the incumbent to be available for the on-call rotation.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members, supervisors, and staff in other divisions of the Office of Judicial Administration
  • Organization: Manage assignments to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines
  • Critical Thinking: Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Attention to Detail: Research, coordinate, and track work in a proficient manner to ensure accuracy
