About the role
This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior program leader for the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest Region
- Partner with functional teams to enhance student outcomes and operational performance
- Leverage data insights to identify challenges and improve effectiveness
- Coach regional leaders for strong execution and leadership growth
- Oversee academic strategy and instructional quality of the Customer Experience Pathway
- Drive program evaluation and implementation of best practices
- Strengthen relationships with external partners and represent the company United in engagements
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of leadership experience with increasing scope and responsibility
- Experience managing complex, multi-site organizations or programs
- Strong understanding of labor market trends and employer engagement
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Expertise in program delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and analytics platforms
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
Pay
$160,000 – $190,000 annually
