As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Deputy Construction Superintendent to join our team.
Qualifications
- Progressively responsible, general construction experience
- Two plus years in a supervisory or foreman of construction role
- Knowledge of commercial, industrial and civil construction methods
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and safe construction practices
- Administrative construction knowledge such as daily situation reports, daily construction reports, safety documentation, project scheduling and progress documentation
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage construction schedules, risks and opportunities across the various development efforts
- Use technical knowledge to read and interpret Construction drawings, Specifications, and shop drawings
- Communicate project progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment
- Work in explosive or hazardous manufacturing environments
U.S. Person Requirement
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
