About the role

The Deputy Chief of Facilities & Operations will oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of school facilities, ensuring they meet educational standards and student safety needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of school facilities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Develop and implement strategies for facility improvements
• Manage the budget and resources for facility operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field
• Experience in managing budgets and resources
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
