Requirements
- Completed an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program by the time of hire
- A DDS, DMD degree or foreign equivalent
- Eligible for a license from the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners as well as a general anesthesia permit from the state of Texas at the time of hire
- A Texas Board of Dental Examiners dental license and valid Texas general anesthesia permit are required at the date of employment
