About the role

The Jack Henry ArgoKeys Deposits Installation & Support team is seeking a Retail Banking Install & Support Analyst to join their dynamic team. This position involves working onsite and remotely with clients during installations and support, as well as providing client support for complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes the customer's existing products/processes and consults with the customer to map existing systems to the JHA product.
  • Prepares the customer for the installation, guides them through the process, and provides training or support post-installation.
  • Oversees/systems setup for the customer (e.g., parameter set-up, creation of job files for processing).
  • Supports software users by answering questions on functions, features, and usage of software products. Supports may occur at the customer site or remotely.
  • Communicates the customer's needs/expectations to programmers, team members, and team leaders.
  • Maintains effective communication with customers throughout the entire project/case.
  • Identifies and maintains customer issues and ensures proper resolution. Maintains a customer issue list by application and forwards all to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Prepares training materials and documentation for customers and internal uses.
  • Performs after-hours support on a rotating basis.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience (front-line customer facing) as a teller, personal banker, or new accounts/customer onboarding at a bank or credit union.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%, which may include nights/weekends.
  • Must be able to work an on-call rotational schedule as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Working knowledge of Silverlake.
  • Experience or knowledge in any of the following JHA products: ArgoKeys, CPS, Synergy, Yellow Hammer/FCD, NetTeller/Banno, or Synapsys.
  • Excellent customer service interaction skills.
  • Understanding of retail banking platform processes including new customer onboarding, new account opening, customer and account maintenance, and related workflow.

This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO; Birmingham, AL; Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
