Regular, full-time position. Fluency in English required. 1st shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned functions, including tasks requiring special approvals, large-dollar client processes, tight turnaround times, and high-volume workloads.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Research issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation for logs, dual control tasks, inventory, and forms.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership regarding inventory, deadlines, reporting, and escalation of production or quality issues, including recommendations for improvements.
- Cross-train on other functions to perform as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent education and training.
- Ability to work in a production-driven environment under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
- Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
- Ability to work in a team environment, including across shifts and departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication.
- One to two years of experience with demonstrated knowledge of all department functions.
