Deposit Services Support Specialist

The Deposit Services Support Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks related to the Deposit Services area. This position operates in a fast-paced environment with several processing time frames, compliance regulations, and daily deadlines. This position is also responsible for supporting team members in the Banking Centers that are assisting clients with inquiries and issues. Responsibilities Process and maintain deposit account changes, including title, name/address, rate changes, linked transfers, and other account maintenance.Process stop payments, tax levies, summonses, and other deposit-related legal requests in accordance with bank procedures and applicable regulations.Support retirement account administration, including account setup, contributions, distributions, maintenance, documentation, and daily processing reviews.Research and resolve account discrepancies, processing errors, and missing information while coordinating with branch personnel and internal teams.Provide support on complex deposit inquiries and customer requests while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with banking regulations. Key Qualifications High school diploma/GED with approximately 2 years of banking operations, deposit services, or related experience.Working knowledge of deposit operations, banking regulations, legal processing, and account maintenance.Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.
