Responsibilities
- Process account requests, including maintenance, servicing, reporting, and other transactional activities.
- Administer and review negative account processes such as force closures and charge-offs.
- Process account closures and member information updates.
- Make monetary adjustments and monitor certificate maturity queues.
- Handle business account review and error correction.
- Manage trust and fiduciary account servicing and reviews.
- Support IRA and CESA account servicing and tax reporting.
- Manage decedent account reviews.
- Conduct daily audits, serve as a first point of escalation, and escalate discrepancies as needed.
- Resolve deposit account member inquiries with exceptional service.
- Provide feedback on errors and ensure timely corrections and follow-up actions.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and internal service levels.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred (applicable experience in lieu of a degree will be considered).
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a financial institution required.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in customer service required.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in financial services, specifically within deposit operations preferred.
- Demonstrated investigative, analytical, organizational, decision making, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Skilled at training and recognizing system and process enhancements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
