Deposit Serv Rep 1

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, via email and in person to both internal and external customers.
• Locate and correct DDA, SAV, SDB, LAS account numbers for all items that non-post and the reconcilement of the account.
• Review deposits made by business customers at their place of business.
• Vary exception report review.
• Verify maintenance and new account input for Stop Payments and 1099.
• Work with branches and customers when information is not correct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Hearing: 75-100%
• Standing/Walking: 50-74%
• Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0-24%
• Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0-24%
• Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75-100%

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bank experience preferred.
