Responsibilities

  • Researches and corrects non-post for DDA, SAV, SDB, and LAS applications.
  • Coordinated the processing of on-us return items.
  • Processes charge-back notices.
  • Reviews Stop Payment Reports for suspect Stop Pays.
  • Prints Interest checks.
  • Reviews deposits made remotely by business customers.
  • Placed Reg. CC holds and miscellaneous exception reports.
  • Performs other job-related duties such as domestic collections items, research requests, DDA Consumer Product Exceptions, CIP review, TIN Uncertified, External Transfer review, Port maintenance, returned Visa Debit Cards, and IOLTA reporting.

Qualifications

  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone, via email, and in person to both internal and external customers.
  • Locate and correct DDA, SAV, SDB, LAS account numbers for all items that non-post and reconcile the account.
  • Complete research requests for banks and help resolve service issues for customers.
  • Process domestic collection items.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Windows based programs preferred.
  • Ability to provide good customer service and telephone courtesy.
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet critical deadlines, and have multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bank experience preferred.
  • Balancing and Reconcilement experience preferred.

  • Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75-100%.

Physical Dimensions

  • Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday.

Note: Not a hybrid or remote position.
