Deposit Operations Administrator
About the role
For our Deposit Operations Administrators at Corporate Cove, no two days are exactly the same. You'll be at the center of daily operations, welcoming visitors, coordinating mail and shipments, supporting employees, and ensuring important documents and records are handled accurately and securely. You'll also partner with teams across the organization to manage administrative projects, travel and event coordination, office resources, and compliance-driven processes by helping create a seamless, efficient workplace while delivering best-in-class service.
Responsibilities
- Administrative
- Maintains visitor sign-in and badge assignment
- Supports new and existing projects within the department and credit union
- Updates letter and form templates
- Creates and manages travel itineraries
- Purchases supplies and maintains inventory
- Prepares and submits expense reports
- Maintains Administrative Services SharePoint page
- Mail Operations
- Opens, reviews, sorts, and scans incoming mail
- Tracks and scans incoming priority packages
- Files documents and monitors retention dates
- Prints and prepares financial documents for mailing
- Member Experience
- Handles daily incoming and outgoing faxes
- Completes daily dual-control for voided checks
- Processes returned mail
- Lending Operations
- Implements document imaging and scanning operations
- Scans, indexes, and archives documents
- Trains and completes personal development assignments
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or commensurate experience
- 1+ years of related experience
- Experience with document imaging and scanning operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Foxit PDF Editor
- Good organization and attention to detail skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Positive and professional attitude
- Flexible and adaptable mindset
