Deposit Operations – Account Processing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Oversight
• Ensure accurate and timely servicing of deposit accounts
• Drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, process improvements, and exceptional support
• Oversee maintenance of existing accounts
• Supervise daily Online Account Opening processing
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations
• Escalate non-routine legal matters appropriately
• Develop strategic plans to improve departmental productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Coordinate disaster recovery and pandemic testing for the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of 5+ years of banking experience; supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of bank services, products, and operational functions
• Experience with document management systems and core banking platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer/technical skills
