Deployment Support Operations Planner and Analyst

About the role
As a Deployment Support Operations Planner and Analyst, you’ll bring your transportation and mobility expertise to determine and assess operational deployment readiness requirements. You’ll collaborate with thought leaders in multinational, Joint, Army, and commercial agencies on projects for unit movement operations. You’ll plan, organize, and supervise the preparation and execution of unit movement and deployment operations, assisting clients in planning and conducting unit movement operations and operational maneuvers.
Responsibilities
- Execute mobilization operations, deployment operations, sustainment operations, redeployment operations, Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations, Deployment Readiness Exercises (DRE), and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) exercises
- Work with an Installation Transportation Office (ITO), Corps Transportation Office (CTO), Division Transportation Office (DTO), or Composition III (COMPO III) Deployment and Distribution Support Teams (DDST)
- Utilize the Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES)
- Travel up to 25% of the time
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in relevant operations
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Completion of an Air Load Planner (ALP) or ICODES Joint Air Load Planner (JALP) Course
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an ALP
- Experience with Airlift Integration Interface (A2I) for air load planning and validation
- Knowledge of TC-AIMS II introduction, access, and functions
- Completion of the Army Transportation School TC-AIMS II Course
- AMMO-62 Hazardous Material Certification

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This position may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:
- Remote: Occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with possible visits to a customer facility, aligned with leadership expectations and role needs.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.
