Deployment Support Operations Planner and Analyst

Responsibilities

• Determine and assess operational deployment readiness requirements and backgrounds to collaborate with thought leaders in multinational, Joint, Army, and commercial agencies on projects for unit movement operations.
• Plan, organize, and supervise the preparation and execution of unit movement and deployment operations.
• Assist clients in planning and conducting unit movement operations and operational maneuvers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience executing mobilization operations, deployments operations, sustainment operations, redeployment operations, Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations, Deployment Readiness Exercises (DRE), and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) exercises.
• Experience with planning and deployments using ATP 3-35, AR 525-93, FORSCOM 55-1, and ATP 5-2-1.
• Knowledge of the Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES).
• Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• To obtain a Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of an Air Load Planner (ALP) or ICODES Joint Air Load Planner (JALP) Course.

Qualifications

• Nice if you have: Experience working with COMPO II State Defense Movement Coordinators and the Commercial Transportation Office; Experience as an air load planner; Experience with Airlift Integration Interface (A2I) for air load planning and validation; Knowledge of TC-AIMS II introduction, access, and functions; Completion of the Army Transportation School TC-AIMS II Course; AMMO-62 Hazardous Material Certification.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
