Deployment Supervisor

About the role

At Bluu, we are a leading provider of innovative Point of Sale (POS) solutions, dedicated to enhancing the retail and hospitality industries. The Deployment Supervisor will be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all applications are processed in a timely manner and all information is accurately entered in ERP and CRP
• Ensure accuracy of monthly billing and reconcile what we should be debiting and what Accounting side is debited
• Oversee responses to daily service requests for POS rental, POS services and related equipment in a timely and accurate manner
• Review HQ and other branch offices' work orders and equipment releases
• Oversee inventory count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
• Oversee return process of both UMS and UPOS products and services and charges for no return and equipment needs to be repaired
• Coordinate with Intra-department, sales partners, and merchants regarding discrepancies and errors in the POS system and services process
• Train new members and provide ongoing training
• Prepare and submit various weekly and monthly reports to the manager
• Ensure department members complete various assigned daily/monthly routine tasks complying with department/company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with repetitive standing, sitting, and lifting tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory management systems is preferred
