Summary
Responsible for the forecasting and assignment of graphic production while leveraging all production resources both internal and external. Monitor’s production status while ensuring quality control standards are all being met. Deployment is the primary point of contact for the management of all the logistics and communication of graphic delivery with key stakeholders – branch delivery, internal graphic production, outsource production, layout, GAMs, and CSM/CSS teams during planning through show close. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of Lanham, MD.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of all graphic production assignments to appropriate resource.
- Primary point of contact for outsource partners.
- Proactive solutionist.
- Effective communication with all stakeholders specific to the status and delivery of graphic production.
- Facilitates delivery plan of graphics with Freeman operations team and branches.
- Maintains established showsite ordering guidelines.
- Travel to show site when scheduled for supporting graphic needs.
- Works closely with graphic layout on the status of future work and expediting where possible.
- Attends all event and account planning meetings.
- Maintains production quality standards to ensure deliverables meet GPO details as well as fit and finish.
- Maintain all standard status update reports.
- Oversight of graphic invoicing verifying accuracy with services rendered.
- Capable of providing material recommendations and installation guidance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Strongly Preferred: 5+ years’ experience in the live events space.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask for managing a number of projects.
- Proficient computer skill (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Workfront).
- Advance level using CP3 and Passport systems.
- Intermediate show site operations and logistics knowledge.
- Advance knowledge of graphic products, and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Salary range of $71,500 - $76,492 based upon experience
- Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of the base salary
