You will analyze complex accounting workflows, manage data migrations, and guide high-growth clients through onboarding and go-live. What you will do

• Own the full customer implementation lifecycle, from initial workflow analysis and system configuration to training and successful go-live.
• Execute technical data migrations and complex reconciliations, ensuring financial data integrity across multiple native software integrations.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Success and Product teams to resolve technical hurdles and streamline the onboarding experience for finance teams.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional experience in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation, ideally within a Big 4 or specialized firm.
• Hands-on expertise with major ERP platforms like NetSuite, SAP, or Workday, including experience with configuration and data migration projects.
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles and workflows, including month-end close processes, reconciliations, and revenue recognition standards like ASC 606.
