Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Department Managers oversee specific departments like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize service areas.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high-quality food, manages food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and supports their development and motivation.
Requirements
Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
