The Township of East Brunswick is accepting applications for a per diem Substitute Senior Center Bus Driver in the Department on Aging.

About the Role

Will perform duties on an as needed basis to cover regular driver’s days off. Provide transportation services to the members of the Senior Center and assistance with the Home Delivered Meals Program. May chaperone or assist staff with off-site trips.

• Perform duties on an as needed basis to cover regular driver’s days off.

Requirements

• Must have general knowledge of the traffic laws, street network, and geography of the service area.
• Must have the ability and knowledge to operate transit vehicles safely and efficiently.
• At least one year of related experience in a transportation program.
• Requires a valid New Jersey CDL License, Class B with passenger endorsement.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
