Department Managers

About the role

Department Managers lead shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee multiple departments including People, Guest, Kitchen, and Shift Management, and are responsible for food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability across all departments.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meet and exceed departmental and overall targets.
• Manage crew and other managers to ensure consistent high standards.
• Handle Shift Management responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun while working.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
