The Department Managers lead Departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. They set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.

Responsibilities

  • Managing assigned Systems
  • Setting goals and delegating tasks to their teams
  • Following up and reporting results
  • Previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments is preferred

Requirements

  • Positive team player with flexible schedule
  • Passion for the fast-paced McDonald's environment
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants
