Requirements
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Some managers also lead Departments, responsible for managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
- The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers provide a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- The Kitchen Department Manager oversees the preparation of high-quality food, adherence to food safety standards, control of food costs, and training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
- The People Department Manager is responsible for hiring qualified staff, training them effectively, and scheduling them to meet sales and profit targets, while also supporting staff during their initial days and motivating them throughout their tenure.
- Previous managerial experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
