Requirements
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Some managers also lead Departments, responsible for managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
- The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers provide a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize service areas.
- The Kitchen Department Manager ensures high-quality food service, food safety, food cost control, and staff training in production procedures.
- The People Department Manager oversees hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of staff to meet sales and profit goals.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and enthusiasm for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
