Requirements
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Some managers also lead Departments, responsible for managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
- The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers provide a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- The Kitchen Department Manager oversees the delivery of high-quality food and service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
- The People Department Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals, and ensuring Crew members have a positive start and are motivated.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
