Requirements

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Some managers also lead Departments, which may include:
  • Managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, and reporting results
• The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include:
  • Making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
  • Ensuring sales promotions are done well
  • Training service staff in service procedures
  • Organizing the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service
• The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities involve:
  • Maintaining high-quality food delivery to customers and fast service
  • Safeguarding food safety and controlling food costs
  • Training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items
• The People Department Manager’s responsibilities include:
  • Hiring and training qualified crew members
  • Scheduling staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
  • Supporting Crew from their first day to the end of their tenure

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• A positive attitude and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
• A flexible schedule and the ability to enjoy the work
