Requirements

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Some managers also lead Departments, responsible for managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
• The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant provides high-quality food and service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
• The People Department Manager oversees hiring, training, and scheduling of staff to meet sales and profit goals, and supports Crew in starting well and staying motivated.

Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
