About the role

As a department manager, you coach your team and are actively involved on the shop floor. You assist customers, listen to colleagues, and contribute to strengthening the brand by generating innovative improvement ideas. You develop talent within your team through daily coaching and personal conversations. You run your department like a mini-store, ensuring an attractive presentation and sports offering, and achieve goals by analyzing performance and making adjustments where necessary.
