Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
- Train and supervise service staff
- Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and maintains food safety standards
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit targets
- Support new employees and motivate existing staff
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun while working
- Must be 18 years or older
