- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize service areas.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, fast service, food safety, and controls food costs while training kitchen staff.
- People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and ensure Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
