Department Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems
- Set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- Follow up and report results
- Ensure high quality food delivery quickly
- Control food costs
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items
- Hire and train qualified crew members
- Engage employees through motivation and recognition
- Ensure memorable customer experiences
- Train service staff in service procedures
- Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service
Qualifications
Highly motivated individuals with strong leadership and management skills are needed. Must have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
