About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service every visit.
  • Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
  • Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience.
  • Oversee sales promotions and train service staff in procedures.
  • Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
  • Manage Kitchen Department to deliver high-quality food and control food costs.
  • Train and schedule kitchen staff to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Support Crew and Managers in getting off to a good start and recognizing their efforts.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
