Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned departments (e.g., Guest Service, Kitchen, or People) and set goals for teams.
• Delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and report results to other managers.
• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality, fast, and safe food, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and ensure crew are recognized and motivated throughout their employment.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Pay

Starting pay up to $16.00/hour based on experience, McDonald's certifications, and availability.
